I have known Patrick Baron for 5 years. He sold my townhome and found my single family ranch style home. The experience was so good that I referred him to my family members, who used him for the sale of a house and a purchase of a condo. He made simple yet cost effective suggestions before I listed my house to sell and I got $5k over list. And even though agents cannot control the offers that are made on my house, I got $5K over list. He also saved me money by pointing out some things when I made an offer to buy. I've dealt with him in one way or another over the sale and buy of 4 homes. He is the guy you want in your corner. I highly recommend him.

I contacted Patrick to list my home for sale. He listed it for me and 3 days after it was listed I accepted a offer for above asking price. I than asked Patrick to find a condo for me, after looking at several I put in a offer on one, I am very thankful, and happy with Patrick .

We would highly recommend Patrick. When my Wife and I first discussed finding a Realtor, we had a list of qualities that we felt were necessary. First we wanted someone with whom selling Real Estate is a REAL PASSION. We did not want someone half-hearted or part-time. We then wanted someone that used all the modern tools of the trade (web presence, etc...) and was RESPONSIVE. We did not want someone that was slow to communicate. We then wanted someone that knew the area and the market in which we were selling and buying. We did interview several realtors, and after we met Patrick, we knew our search was over. He came through in all the areas we felt were important, and we had an offer on our house ON DAY ONE! This is not a joke. He then helped us negotiate a good deal on our new home. Once again, we WITHOUT HESITATION recommend Patrick- he will work very hard (and smart) for you.

I had a great experience with Patrick Baron as my realtor. I would refer him to anyone as he did an excellent job with helping me buy my first home. He was very helpful with the whole process of buying a house. He was able to answer all my questions that I had during the process of purchasing my new home.
